All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that we have already confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is dispatched.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that the delivery address is correct. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

Your happiness is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s).

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:

• Toilets & Bidets: All types, including Back to Wall Toilets and Back to Wall Toilet Units
• Basins & Sanitaryware: Due to their personal nature, Bidets and basins are strictly non-returnable for hygiene reasons

Please inspect these products carefully upon delivery.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Wait for authorization – we will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide using a tracked service
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the value of standard shipping (£12.95) may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, please indicate this in your email, and we will guide you through the process.

6. Liability Limitations

Vado Shop’s liability in connection with any product sold shall not exceed the price of the product ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
